Lowell's is going to give you a great experience. They are experts and they use the best parts. I go to Lowell's because its a fair value and they use Toyota parts, which gives you 2 things. 1. You get the part that last the longest and 2. Lowell's warranty's parts in a lot of cases. Nobody does that! You basically get Toyota trained technicians for a way better value than going to a dealership. Thank you Lowell's!

These guys are awesome. They are trained Toyota experts. You could not get technicians at the dealership any better. My family has been bringing our T.'s here for over 25 years for everything from simple oil changes to engine replacement. Highly recommended.

They are the Toyota specialists par excellence! I have someone here in Georgetown who does a great job with oil changes for my Prius. For everything else, I go to Lowell's. They are honest and extremely knowledgeable.

We absolutely love Lowell's. I'm surprised that I haven't written a review here yet despite our multiple visits here. They have always taken excellent care of us, and never do anything that doesn't need to be done to the car, especially regarding brakes/rotors. They did a phenomenal job with my old LX 470 (land cruiser), and would highly recommend anyone with a #Landcruiser to check them out. Did the whole 9 yards for 180k service...timing belt, fluids, brakes/rotors, parking break, re-pack wheel bearings, and everything has been running smoothly for 5k miles now.

My family has been going to Lowell's for about 5 years and they have always done excellent work for a fair price on our Scion, and has never tried to up sell or push unnecessary repairs. Today my mom went in without an appointment when a warning light came on on her way to work. They noticed the brake light was out as well. They quickly fixed both problems and she was out the door in 10-15 minutes - making it to work on time. We highly recommend Lowell's for your foreign car repairs!

Just want to say these guys are awesome. In a day and age where everyone is trying to rip you off, you rarely get honesty from people, especially in the car selling/ car mechanic/repair world. I’ve been doing business with Lowells for over 20 years. They always do what they say they are going do and they don’t nickel and dime you. They give an honest assessment and an honest repair. I absolutely recommend these guys to anybody who needs to have their car looked at bc again they are honest and fair. That’s 2 of the the best qualities you could have. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!!!!

Had Lowell's work on my 2008 Toyota Tacoma the week after new years. I had a list of general maintenance items that I wanted done. Before they did any of the items, they called me and informed me that 2 of the items were not needed. They said the rear brake shoes were only 40% worn and that I did not need an oil pan gasket, but only needed an oil pan plug gasket which cost a little over a dollar. They took care of the other items to my satisfaction and probably save me a few hundred dollars on the total bill. I would definitely recommend Lowells to anybody. Excellent work at a very fair price and I appreciate their honesty.

I've only been to these guys once, but they seem like honest and great people. I'll definitely be giving my business to them moving forward instead of places like Tire Discounters who can never seem to explain their pricing to me or tries to sell me repairs that evidently aren't needed.

From fitting me into a busy schedule to taking the time to explain what’s actually needed (and what isn’t), they are always accommodating, honest, and professional. The pricing is fair and transparent, which is rare these days, and the work is done right the first time. Highly recommend!
